CONNIE PREECE (née DEAN)

Connie was indeed a great trouper. The family shop in Broad Street 'Fancy Goods & Toy Emporium' was an Aladdin's Cave for children, and I well remember 'Dean's Toyshop' from my childhood days. Cherry & I attended the Service of Thanksgiving in St Mary's Church and a donation has been sent on behalf of ROADS, to the Friends of the Chestnuts where she was cared for for seven years, in recognition of her work with ROADS during its early years.

We send our sympathy & condolences to Nancy Cover on the death of her husband William. William, with Nancy was a loyal supporter of ROADS for many years and he will be remembered for his long life of service and dedication.
